Shipping + Returns
Shipping
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying USPS tracking number when your package has shipped. Puerto Rico shipping will take 7-10 business days for delivery with priority mail.
When placing your delivery address, please ensure all information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We are unable to redirect the package as soon as an order has been processed and it has been dispatched.
International Customs
Passio Beauty is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.
We will ship via USPS for all international orders with the following options to chose from: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International and Priority Mail International. The rate is calculated based on the address entered.
Each country's customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc may vary. As stated, Passio Beauty is not responsible for these fees and they are not included in the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs fees.
Returns
All items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to hygienic purposes.
Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and we are always able to provide further information and photos if requested. If you have any questions regarding an item please e-mail info@passio-beauty.com prior to your purchase.
Lost + Stolen
Once an item has been shipped, Passio Beauty is not responsible if the item is lost or stolen in transit. Passio Beauty uses USPS Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping, please contact us at info@passio-beauty.com.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Passio Beauty. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Passio Beauty is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
Damages
If your order arrives broken or damaged please email us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Depending on the damages incurred, we offer a full refund or store credit. We do remind you though that while we do our best to protect our pieces for shipping, what happens once the package leaves us, is out of our control.
